In 2009 I graduated from Nazareth College in Rochester, NY with an MS in Creative Arts Therapy. I hold a New York State license as a mental health practitioner in the field of Creative Arts Therapy (LCAT).

I have since worked with all ages and presenting problems in such roles as a Chemical Dependency Counselor in an outpatient setting, Mental Health Counselor in an outpatient setting, Art Therapist in an acute psychiatric hospital setting, and as of 2017 Art Therapist in private practice. I have had the unique experience of pioneering the integration of Art Therapy into several of the programs that I have had the privilege to work for.

In 2022 I completed training as an EMDR therapist, and in 2023 I completed additional training and supervision to obtain my EMDR certification. 

When I am not with my clients, I am spending time with my partner and our son exploring the outdoors, playgrounds, parks and museums.
