
Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki is a gentle Japanese healing practice that supports relaxation, balance, and overall well‑being by working with the body’s natural energy system. It’s based on the understanding that we are more than just physical structures—we are energetic beings, constantly influenced by the flow and quality of our life force. When this energy becomes low or blocked, we may feel depleted, stressed, or unwell. When it moves freely, the body and mind are better able to restore harmony. As an adjunct to EMDR Therapy, Reiki becomes a beautiful complement, helping the nervous system soften and settle so trauma processing can unfold with greater ease. While EMDR works with the brain’s natural ability to reprocess painful memories, Reiki supports the body in staying grounded, open, and receptive. This combination can reduce overwhelm, enhance emotional regulation, and create a sense of safety that allows deeper healing to take place.
