Finding the right therapist can be a difficult process and my hope is that something so far on my page has resonated with you. A 15–20-minute phone or video consultation offers you the chance not only to gather more input on what working with me looks like but usually by the end of the call you'll have a good sense if it feels like the right fit for you. Some things we typically cover on the call are: 1. What you hope to get out of your therapy journey, 2. A breakdown of what working with me looks like either on the weekly path or intensive path, and 3. We cover any questions you might have. Think of this as an information gathering session, there is no obligation to book anything during this call.
